If we're to get only a "fair summary," will the students have to sign their evaluations?

Seems he meant it when he announced he would 'bend the handbook to his
will'.

I think it might be worth taking this to ULFA and starting up a
pre-emptive grievance.  If the President and the rest of the
administration continue to support this Dean even as he's blatantly
declaring the handbook null and void when it gets in his way, then it's
time to fight it out.
