[globaloutlookDH-l] Open DH Awards 2013

Please note especially the "*Best DH contribution not in the 
English language*" category. Non-English language resources are 
of course welcome in all the other categories as well but we 
especially wanted to encourage nominations from outside of Anglo-DH.
