I can't make the Chapman get together, but am watching some bits on the live webcast. Carbon taxation just came up in the discussion, and we had a session here at UVic a few days ago discussing the success of the BC experience with C taxes. The attached op-ed captures the big points. I send it along to reinforce the point that C taxation, at least in BC, is reducing emissions as best we can tell.
