Como sugiere Adeline, hasta ahora esta discusión ha sido dominada por académicos en Estados Unidos, incluyéndome a mi que vivo y trabajo la mayor parte del año en Nueva York. Mientras las preguntas internas a la academia estadounidense ramifican más alla de sus fronteras, tienden a ignorar la realidad practica de la vida fuera. De verdad caería bien si metemos la cuchara más.
