The election has now closed. The members voted for The Baby and the Bathwater Option. However, we only had 11% participation. I believe that the by-laws now triggers a return to the executive committee:

Quorum for approval by the membership shall be 25% of the total membership.
In the event quorum is not reached, the Executive may approve amendments to the Bylaws by a supermajority. In such a case, the Executive should consider carefully the results of the membership election, though it is not bound by it.
