As you may know, the annual Digital Humanities conference, hosted in Tokyo and held virtually, just wrapped up, and I’m writing to share some news from ADHO:

Second, if you’re interested in getting more involved with DH on a global level, or know someone who is, there are some great service opportunities with ADHO: https://adho.org/2022/07/25/join-adho-eb-committees/. Nominate yourself or someone else by August 8! The one requirement is that nominees be a member of a Constituent Organization. If you’re interested and want to know what it’s like to work with ADHO, you can reach out to us at adho@adho.org.

 

Finally, if you’re interested in attending a future DH conference, DH2023 is being held in Graz (look for a CFP in late August), and we just announced that DH2024 will be hosted by the Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media at George Mason University in Washington, DC. Mark your calendars!
