I myself just joined the list this morning and am very eager to get involved. Some of the IFLA e-mail lists would be a good place to post (http://www.ifla.org/mailing-lists). I can post to the Latin American list this afternoon. I also have some contacts in Brazil that I will share with (namely the Brasiliana project at the University of São Paulo [http://www.brasiliana.usp.br/en], which is active on social media).
