Good afternoon everyone,

We wanted to share the materials from the workshop this morning. They are attached to this email, and can also be found on the webpages linked below. ORIS plans to host more information sessions and workshops in the coming months as the Tri-agency CV is required for more opportunities. During the Tri-agency CV implementation period, we will share any information and updates we learn.

As of right now, it appears likely that the narrative/Tri-agency CV will be required for the main grant opportunities in Fall 2027 at the earliest. Certain opportunities will require this format sooner, such as certain CIHR Catalysts or SSHRC Impact awards. Several opportunities have already required a TCV, and we are waiting to hear feedback and learn the results of those competitions.

If you were not able to attend the workshop in person this morning, the slides are posted online on the Ulethbridge TCV main page

We also provided a brainstorming resource during the workshop that is available on the TCV resources webpage.

Please reach out if you have any questions about the TCV, and enjoy the rest of your week.

Cheers,
Nicole van Rootselaar and Nancy Barajas Jaimes
