We are pleased to invite you to a CIHR Project Grant Workshop led by Dr. Christian Baron.

Dr. Baron is an experienced academic consultant and formerly served as the Vice-President of Research – Programs at CIHR, as well as Department Chair and Vice-Dean of Research at the Université de Montréal Faculty of Medicine. His own research has been funded by CIHR and other agencies, and he has extensive experience serving on CIHR and other grant review panels.
Workshop Overview
The first half of the session will focus on key elements of developing a strong CIHR Project Grant application, including:
The second half will feature an interactive grant review exercise, providing participants with hands-on insight into how proposals are evaluated.
Both portions of the workshop will be offered in a hybrid format.
Registration is required, regardless of whether you plan to attend in person or online.
