I am writing to let you know that we will be moving the Digital Medievalist Mailing List, <dm-l> to a new, more sustainable platform managed by JiscMail. This move comes as part of our updates to the digital infrastructure of Digital Medievalist in its 20th year as an organisation. JiscMailhttps://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/ is the mailing list service provided by Jischttps://www.jisc.ac.uk/, a not-for-profit organisation serving as the UK’s digital, data and technology agency focused on tertiary education, research and innovation.
As a member of <dm-l>, you are a member of Digital Medievalisthttps://digitalmedievalist.org/membership/. This email is to notify you of the mailing list move; there is no change in your membership and you do not need to do anything. The email address with which you are registered to the current mailing list will be transferred to the new platform. We will inform all members when the move is completed. The current list will remain open for posts until the new platform is fully functional. Archived posts may be viewed on the Lethbridge DM-L Archivehttps://listserv.uleth.ca/hyperkitty/list/dm-l@uleth.ca/.
The new <dm-l> pagehttps://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A0=dm-l will allow for subscribing/unsubscribing and posting messages from January 2024 as well as viewing archived posts. The <dm-l> privacy policy will remain the same and all posts will remain to be public.
