[dm-l] Byelaw Vote Results

Dear all,

Many thanks to all those who voted regarding the change in the Byelaws. Voting is now closed, and the results are 34 in favour, 0 against. The emended version is therefore passed, and I will update the website accordingly. I'll also be in touch again shortly regarding changes to the infrastructure in practice. (Any feedback on the system used for voting would also be appreciated, as we're still experimenting at the moment as I'm sure you can tell.)
