A new project at Hamburg University aimed at developing a
comprehensive research environment for Ethiopic text and manuscript
studies is urgently looking for a Research Fellow in Digital
Humanities / IT Developer to help us jump-start our research efforts
by creating and managing the relational database suitable to the
project needs.
The position is full-time at German E13 tariff level, limited for the
moment to three years. Experience in similar data management project
and acquiaintance with TEI XML as well as with semantic web
technologies is expected.
The application deadline is 20 January 2016, and the job can start as
soon as possible, preferably on or before 1 March 2016. Please see
