This is your chance to receive multi-year funding to help implement or enhance local services that support older adults to age well in the communities they call home.

1. Provincial Social Prescribing for Older Adults
2. Provincial Assisted Transportation Program
3. Provincial Community Supports Program
Available Funding:
* Social Prescribing: Up to $183,000 per project
* Assisted Transportation: Up to $185,000 per project
* Community Supports: Up to $250,000 per project
The application period for this funding is currently open and will close on November 24, 2025 at 11:00 PM MST.

Therefore, applicants and co-applicants should allow sufficient lead time for a thorough review at each approval level. The RPF must be received before an application is submitted electronically to a funding agency.
