Dear Chapman Colleagues, My apologies for taking so long to address the Chapman Conference Proceedings. The format of the proceedings as a refereed journal seemed so NOT appropriate as many conference attendees discussed the inability of referred papers to reach a greater audience and the right audience. To that end I managed to pull together a few nickels and we have been organizing a webpage for distribution of the talks on youtube in an organized fashion. The site is up informally but we want to add a discussion capacity after each talk; and add short discussion papers from those of you who presented a poster at the meeting; in essence, your poster in paper format.
