Description:

Society and the research community lack organization, collaboration and cooperation needed for climate change mitigation and adaptation, and all parties are seriously lacking resources and human capacity. Advanced education, a primary source of research capacity and the foundation for the development of human capacity, is currently suffering serious resource losses. This session seeks to highlight current work on adaptation and mitigation, and welcomes abstracts addressing the ways and means to move forward efficiently on global and regional climate change mitigation and adaptation.
