WE NEED YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CLIMATE SOLUTIONS CONFERENCES INTIATIVE AT THE AGU FALL MEETING! 😊

These are the plans for the AGU Climate Solutions Sessions and discussions. The draft meeting proposal is attached. Our goal at the AGU Fall Meeting is to identify a cohesive set of climate solutions theme proposals and associated theme leadership teams. Theme proposals should be specific to a solution theme covering all aspects of the solution, including policy, planning, technology, education, research needs, investment requirements, public and stakeholder perception, innovative opportunities, etc. At the Climate Solutions Meeting, session proposers would invite participants with expertise across the range of possible outcomes. Session outcomes would be vetted at several levels within the conference and refereed externally. We plan to fast track all solution theme reports in a special journal edition.
