Dear all,
We are inviting proposals towards a book project tentatively titled "Digital Humanities Laboratories: Global Perspectives”. The goal of this collection is to explore laboratories in digital humanities in the global context, to reflect on their epistemological and organizational implications for scholarly knowledge production, and to reveal the ways laboratories contribute to digital research and pedagogy as they emerge globally amid varied cultural and scientific traditions.
We have received positive responses from the Series Editors of Digital Research in the Arts and Humanities, and we are working with an editor from Routledge to develop this project further.
Please see the CFP below and feel free to distribute it among your colleagues!
Deadline for 500-word abstract with a short bio: 15 June 2020.
If you have questions, please contact us at the email addresses below.
Kind regards,

Good afternoon and happy Tuesday,
At Wiki Education we're continuing to serve our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. We know you're likely adjusting to a new routine of working from home and may be looking for virtual projects and networking opportunities, especially after upcoming conferences may have been cancelled. With our tried and tested online training infrastructure, we truly believe we can offer you and your colleagues an online project with real institutional impact that complements your new work environment.
April 15 - May 20, 2020 | Elevate your Collection<https://tracking.cirrusinsight.com/27d51d7d-761a-4769-a571-dc4a144b6db9/wik…> | Wednesdays at 9am PST
Do Global Outlook:Digital Humanities members have a special collection or focus you wish the world knew more about? By sharing related institutional data on Wikidata, the open data repository behind Wikipedia, you can use your institution’s unique identifier to bring exposure to your data, drive traffic to your website, and situate your institution as a leader with that collection. With online meetings once a week via Zoom, Elevate your Collection will give you one-on-one coaching from our Wikidata experts, the chance to conceptualize online projects for your institution, and a network of your peers cheering you on.
