Dear Neil,
As you know a similar discussion is happening in Humanist, however, I am very interested in the subject since I am drafting such a proposal. I would be useful to have a discussion as part of this list or, if this is of no interest to people who live in countries where this stage of DH has already happen. We could set up a subgroup focusing on the topic. Of your expertise on this subject is an excellent starting point, but I also would like to hear about particular issues in countries with a different kind of infrastructure where there are few grants or none at all and where governments might not have this subject very high on the agenda.
