Dear all,
I thought you'd be interested in this open letter started by ECR colleagues from the University of Cambridge.
As we have argued here before, colleagues at all career stages in the so-called 'Global South', and also many institutions in 'the North', are also constantly pressured into the practices described in the letter. Please take some time to consider it.
