[globaloutlookDH-l] Posting to the list

Hi all,

For some reason, all new subscriptions are being set to "moderation" by the list server software. This means that you are initially being prevented from posting.

I apologise for this: I've been trying to stop it doing this, but haven't yet found the right setting apparently. All members of the list are of course free to post to it!

If for some reason you find you cannot post, please contact me to let me know and I will manually reset your account (I have just done this, so everybody should be able to post at the moment). Until I find the correct setting, I will check every couple of days as well to make sure that everybody is able to post.
