While this is a fine idea, it really needs to be brought the the executive board, if it's going to be a GO::DH branded activity.
In light of the fact that there currently isn't a full board, a good first step would be to fully staff the board and, once constituted, put it to the executive. This will avoid violations of the organization's constitution.
