Many thanks for the toolkit – it looks really useful for us.
Kind regards

Hi Kerry,
Those papers do sound interesting. If you could share the citations that would be great.
Have you seen the Digital Humanities sustainability implementation toolkit? http://www.sr.ithaka.org/publications/sustainability-implementation-toolkit/ .
I think it's important to plan for what happens when the site is in maintenance. How long do you keep it running for, if it's Australian content will you submit it for a request for archive with Trove? Will the metadata be described in Research Data Australia?
Make sure you document how to extract the data from the site as well in case you would like to make it available for collection level interrogation.
Cheers,
Katie

Dear Asa
We’re currently building a portal to aggregate links to OA digital archives for our History Program – I have a couple of really useful papers on what functions historians find useful in a site, happy to send them on if you’re interested.
Kind regards
