Dear friends,
I am writting the paper summarizing the results of the "Who are you, Digital Humanists?" survey and I would like to complete the information by a list of all the know discussion lists in DH. I would be very happy to get such information from you, particularly coming from non English and non French speaking lists.
Best regards, Marin
Marin, Could you circulate that later as well? Maybe a blog posting to the GO::DH site?
I think if you look through the GO::DH archives, you'll see a thread in which people wrote about all the lists they wrote to to publicise this organisation. I don't know if anybody kept a list separately or not.
I don't remember the exact subject line, but people used the same one for the most part. This would have been in January of this year?

Dear Daniel,
I will make all my results public. I will publish them in my blog firstly, then ask for translating help, and propose it for publication in a DH journal (and maybe for the Go:DH best paper about DH). Some spreading of my results inside Go:DH site would be nice.
Best regards Marin

Great!
In terms of publication, DSCN (which is cosponsoring the essay competition) publishes in French and English as a matter of record, though we've not had very few French submissions.
Really looking forward to seeing more. ________________________________ From: Marin Dacos [marin.dacos@openedition.org] Sent: May-11-13 9:47 To: O'Donnell, Dan; globaloutlookdh-l, MailList Cc: Babalola, Titilola Subject: Re: [globaloutlookDH-l] Discussion lists in DH in different languages ?

I actually see a couple of threads that cover the issue of dissemination in the January archive (http://listserv.uleth.ca/pipermail/globaloutlookdh-l/2013-January/thread.htm...) that might be of interest to Marin: "Circulating announcement to other lists" (starts with http://listserv.uleth.ca/pipermail/globaloutlookdh-l/2013-January/000120.htm...) "Announcement sent to digital medievalist, digital classicist, tei, and csdh-schn" (Starts with http://listserv.uleth.ca/pipermail/globaloutlookdh-l/2013-January/000121.htm...) "Sending Announcement to ESU C&T (Leipzig)" http://listserv.uleth.ca/pipermail/globaloutlookdh-l/2013-January/000131.htm... "Fwd: Annonce de la création de GO::DH" http://listserv.uleth.ca/pipermail/globaloutlookdh-l/2013-January/000150.htm...
Harvesting that list will produce some mailinglists, I imagine! ________________________________ From: globaloutlookdh-l-bounces@uleth.ca [globaloutlookdh-l-bounces@uleth.ca] on behalf of Yasmin S.
