Needless to say journalism has spearheaded many of the transformations we see in online/digital publishing today. The tragic situation that Mexican journalism is enduring is a lesson for all of us on the challenges that some face in order to tell a story many do not want to be known. It also exemplifies a level of impunity that no degree of digital engagement seems to be able to deter.
